We use PayPal for all web-based transactions. Here is how it works:
First, we never charge anything unless explicitly approved by you, the customer. Further, we perform initial contacts with you, evaluations and quotes absolutely with NO charge. Once we submit a quote, it is up to you to accept, modify or reject the quote. Our quotes are specific to your needs - we do not use a cookie cutter approach to pricing.
The initial quote will cover a specific
level of service. We expect payment of 50% of the quote before starting
work. Optionally, this may be amended through mutual agreement as we find
out more and requirements may change. Payment of these amended services
are charged at end of assignment, but before final results are delivered.
You can, however, expect "thumbnail" results for your review before paying outstanding charges.
So, shortly, we generally charge our services in two stages using PayPal- at the beginning of work and at the end - always subject to your approval in writing. If no agreement is reached, then there is no charge and no deliverable.
All photography and multimedia work by Leading Design and its subsidiaries is copyrighted. You as a sole client automatically receives a full and unrestricted license to use the work for your own personal use as long as all agreed charges are paid to Leading Design. If you intend to use the work commercially, then you may need to negotiate additional licenses with us. Of course, the initial quote may include the rights to commercial use and its associated cost.

Prices We keep it simple - most of our cost is manpower and equipment. Instead of charging by the specific task, we charge a flat $100 per hour for manpower on contracted services. This covers just about all of our professional and consumer photo services. In most cases, the minimum charge is 1 hour and goes from there (once we have agreed on project specifics).
Our archival photography prints (framed or not) are priced individually. For instance a first edition 10*14 (approximately) archival print of exhibition quality runs (framed) around $400-$600 payable through PayPal.
Our individually tailored multimedia DVD's run about $600. That includes anywhere from 100 to 300 images in a true multimedia setting. We personalize each DVD with your name, date of purchase and other information such as sequence number in the limited, numbered editions. The DVD uses industry standard formats, playable on just about any DVD player. Email for details.
